Basic TV Setup

Service Description

This service includes setting up a new or existing TV with your viewing equipment. Our installers will perform the following: - Unbox your new TV (if applicable) - Attach the manufacturer-supplies feet/base to the TV OR a client-supplied aftermarket base (i.e. - Sanus Swivel Universal TV Base) - Place your TV onto a TV stand or entertainment furniture - Connect up to five (5) video devices, to include gaming systems, media players, and cable boxes - Configure the TV and video devices for the optimum viewing experience - Perform critical updates on the TV and/or video devices, where applicable - Assist with connecting to up to 4 streaming services - Attempt to reduce as many remotes as possible (we'll do what we can, but we are not miracle workers) - Clean up wiring by utilizing zip ties - A basic education on how to operate the TV and/or video devices This service DOES NOT include the following: - Mounting the TV to a wall or furniture - Connecting audio devices, to include a surround sound system, head phones, Bluetooth, or a soundbar - Concealing wires
