Solid Oakes Solutions, LLC (SOS) requires an adult at least 18-years-old to be present at the service site for the duration of any services we perform for you. Should you not be present, you agree that the adult present at the service site shall be your agent and act on your behalf in interacting with SOS, and shall in addition possess all relevant information associated with the services we are providing, including but not limited to where you want your devices installed, access to your login information and/or passwords, and the ability and authority to make payments on your behalf.

SOS has the right to require payment of additional charges not included in any amounts quoted in this agreement for the services we agree to provide herein. All prices quoted to you are for provision of agreed upon services only and do not include products purchased and supplied by SOS or additional services you or your agent request which are outside the scope of any agreement between us. You are subject to other charges, should you decide to have other work performed that is not covered by the services which you originally scheduled.

SOS is not liable for any damage to furniture or personal items at the service site. We will attempt to protect your possessions to the best of our abilities, but we are not responsible for any possessions that get dented, scratched, broken, or damaged, in any way, if we have asked you to remove it prior to or during providing services to you. Prior to beginning any service, we will perform a site pre-walk to determine if any furniture or personal items are going to be in the way of our services and will request you remove those items prior to beginning work. SOS reserves the right to cancel any scheduled services if you refuse to remove furniture or personal items that we have determined will interfere with or prevent provision of our services.

SOS are not liable for harm to pets or children. While we love children and animals, we are working with tools that could harm your babies and fur babies. The services we perform typically include moving and installing TVs and electronics, and we do not want to risk damaging them or hurting anyone, to include ourselves, in the process. We are not babysitters or pet sitters. Any children or pets located at the service site should be supervised by the adult present at the service site and should not be allowed to interfere with the services we are providing. SOS reserves the right to cancel any scheduled services if we are placed in a situation where children or pets interfere with our provision of services and/or are not adequately supervised by the adult present at the service site.

When applicable, SOS cannot advise you where to place cameras, in or around your home. We will give you advice on whether we think the placement is a good or bad idea based on the technical requirements of your camera, but not where to place it to minimize security risks or maximize home protection. Please understand that we do want you to feel safe and protected, but we are not security professionals. We are also not liable for any harm resulting from where any camera is placed or failure of that camera to adequately view specific angles, views, or locations. You are responsible for determining the best place for your cameras based on your knowledge and understanding of security risks on your property.

SOS is not liable for any adjustments or replacements you or others make after we complete your services. We will set your equipment for optimum performance. Should you request additional services to make any changes to your equipment settings and installation, after our installation is complete and you are satisfied, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees for our additional services provided. We provide a 90-day warranty on our work for anything that we did not finish, perform correctly, or failed to teach you. However, if you or others move your devices, disconnect/reconnect devices, unplug items, or make changes to settings, that is not covered under the 90-day warranty, and we are not liable for any problems or damages that result from those adjustments.

SOS reserves the right to park wherever it is most accessible for us, to make sure we perform the work in a timely manner. If you have a preference for us not to park in your driveway, please let us know before arrival. If we are parked in your driveway and are blocking someone that needs to leave, please let us know and we will move our vehicle as soon as reasonably possible.

SOS may take pictures of completed work or record video of us performing work. These photos/videos are typically to show the work that has been performed for internal use and ensuring quality of our work, but in some cases may be used on our website or social media pages for marketing purposes. However, if you would specifically not like a photo/video of the work we performed in/at your home to be published on our website or social media, please inform us verbally before our departure from your residence. SOS will not sell these photos/videos, and they will only be used for advertisement purposes.

At Solid Oakes Solutions, LLC, and all affiliated entities, we prioritize your privacy. We use your information solely for internal purposes and never share or sell it to external sources. Our goal is to earn and maintain your trust, and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy at all times
